- Jensen Law Office recently helped an employee recover a confidential amount for workplace harassment that was based on his race and national origin. The harassment caused an unsafe work environment at a confidential large multinational corporation.
- Jensen Law Office recently assisted a victim of ongoing and extreme sexual harassment in the workplace by recovering a significant (confidential) amount from a large corporation, without the filing of suit.
- After filing suit, Jensen Law Office was able to obtain a significant settlement in an egregious racial discrimination and retaliation case. The employee was terminated based on his race and in retaliation for reporting his supervisor’s different treatment of him based on his race.
Verdict Summaries
Client sustained numerous injuries from a car accident, following a police pursuit. Our client was a passenger in the car and filed the case against the City of Evanston, the two police officers that pursued the car and the driver of the vehicle that crashed. The jury awarded $11,038,431 in total versus all defendants. Case was tried by Attorney Lisa A. Jensen. Click here for details of the case.
Client was assaulted in her own apartment by an intruder, who entered using a master key. The intruder worked for the landlord. There had been seven prior incidents of someone using a master key to access apartments and nothing had been done to change locks or collect master keys after these incidents.
